I can’t say enough good things about Brady and his team. They helped my wife and I buy our first home when we thought it would take so much longer to find the right property. Part of what made the process so much easier for us was how well the team operated together and ensured there was always coverage to take care of us. I thought buying a home would be so much more of a hassle but they really made it easy. We will definitely be using them come time to buy and sell!

Brett Davis Real Estate provided outstanding service during the purchase of a new dwelling in a development in Brunswick Maine. The process took 19 months as things often do in new construction. Throughout this extended period, the team at Brett Davis was knowledgable, supportive, kind, responsive, understanding and perhaps most notably able to hold things together with endless patience as I moved through struggles in obtaining details on the construction, moments of doubt, constant delays in closing, massive amounts of paper work, and follow up on the 'punch' list. Response to my frequent calls was timely and warm. This support ended my long search for a smaller, newer home. Thank you Brett Davis.

Ulla appreciated my unique position and thoroughly supported me which enabled me to purchase a property. She made a key referral which will help with completing my new home. She even calmed me down when I had some anxiety about purchasing the property. Both Ulla and Marti are professional and sent me updates regularly until we closed on the property. When I sold my family home, I decided to build a new house, something I've always wanted to do, and at last, the time was right. I had a good idea of what I wanted for size and style, but I needed to find a builder I could trust to create something amazing, well made, and in line with my own vision. I interviewed several highly recommended builders, but John Libby stood out as incredibly professional. It was an easy choice, and among the best I've ever made. From our first meeting, Libby's team laid out the full process in exceptional detail, from start to finish. I cannot begin to express how valuable that was to me, but what's more amazing is that now that the house is complete & I'm living here comfortably, I can say that everything we began at that first meeting came to pass, exactly as the team detailed. The professionalism is A+++ - absolutely outstanding. I worked with the design team and revised plans until it was exactly what I wanted - an easy and surprisingly quick process. Unlike past experiences, they easily understood what I wanted and gave helpful advice throughout. Choices, from major to minor, were clear, simple and nothing was overlooked. The team who helped me select such things as cabinets and lighting were wonderful, and they made choosing so easy. My house is exquisite. To the smallest detail, everything radiates the quality of the John Libby team's skill and diligence. When I asked for unusual features, such as my arched entryway, their design and creation exceeded my fondest expectations. They were wonderful, too, about giving me financially reasonable choices, which helped me a great deal. I was lucky enough to be living across the street from my build site (an old pasture we'd used for our horses, & who next year will be living beyond my new lawn.) From the beginning, through blasting and the foundation, I was able to watch the progress, and see the quality of the work along the way. A process that can be stressful was, instead, immensely satisfying and rewarding, and best of all, I'm now living in the house of my dreams, in great comfort, and every day, I'm reminded how grateful I am to John and his incredible, skilled team.
